Aluminum alloy is a new material in the international recently, insteaded of tradtional pure zinc coating.Experimental results show that its corrosion resistance is 3 times then tradional pure zinc coating, it has been widespread concern day by day. Now the developed country used 5% aluminum alloy gabion insteaded of traditional gabion mesh which used pure zinc coating.The rectangle gabion mesh’s using life, which made by zinc-aluminum alloy wire, is 70-80 years, it is 3 times then the usual zinc coating wire.aluminum alloy steel wire is applied for the standard:GB/T 20492-2006.

Our aluminum alloy gabion mesh is double twisted hexagonal wire mesh,weaved by advanced machine and equipment. the diameter of steel wire can be 2.0mm-4.0mm. in order to improve the whole structure’s strength, there are separates every 1 meter, and during the weaving, selvage wire is more thicker than twisted wire, about one guage, to enhance panel’s stability.All the designs are accord with national standard, Impeccable quality.
